WHO ARE WE?
In 2006 a small group of believers came together determined to pursue the heart of God and live life in His Spirit. Out of this a new church was formed; which later took the name Goleudy; a Welsh word meaning ‘Lighthouse.’ Our vision was to be both a beacon of light and a place of safety for all those with a heart to seek after God.
As a church, we can give testimony to the faithfulness of God in the provision of our needs and to His extra-ordinary power to dramatically change lives. Nearly two decades later and we have seen people coming to Jesus, miracles and healings, and our children growing up to be radical followers of Jesus.
In early 2024, after years of proving the faithfulness of God and seeing lives changed as people encountered Jesus, it was felt the time was right in God’s plan for Goleudy Criccieth to plant church in Pwllheli. With the support of local believers, and underpinned by prayer in all things, Goleudy Pwllheli was launched on the 11th February, 2024.
After months of prayer, the Lord led the Church leadership team to merge Goleudy Criccieth and Goleudy Pwllheli in Pwllheli town. On the 3rd August 2025 the 2 churches were merged in Pwllheli Town.
